Return & Exchange


When sending back your returns, please be sure to return your items in accordance with the policy outlined below:

  • Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in new, unaltered and unused condition and without showing signs of use or damage in any way.
  • Items must not be a final sale order or a custom order.
  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
  • Figures and apparel on sales are non-returnable except for quality issues.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • A 50% restocking fee may be applied to sale items returned.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. 
  • Returns are processed within 1-3 business days after your item(s) are delivered.
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.


Exchanges will be processed within 1-4 business days after we’ve received the exchanged item

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We do not cover return shipping for exchanges.
